New seat type of Viewer

So that the testimonials from inside Senja can be viewed by all members of the company, I'd like to propose a new type of seat of 'Viewer' where they could only view testimonials and assets created in Studio, but not be able to edit them. Ideally there would be a tier of Senja plan where there can be unlimited seats of this type.
As a 'nice to have', this seat would be able to 'suggest' a testimonial that could then be approved by an editor or admin seat (think enters in as unapproved and could be approved to show)
