Option to choose which field appears under the name in video reviews (instead of tagline)

So by default, what appears under the name in video reviews is the tagline (a.k.a Job Title, Company), but many people who leave a review might not want their review associated with the place their work (they might not feel authorized to do so, etc.) and they might not even want people to know where they work and what role they have, so I would like to have the option, to decide which field appears under the name. For example, for my videos I created a field called "Country" so people could enter their country when leaving a review, but unfortunately, I can't display this in the front end because I don't have the option. So the workaround I have used is manually adding the country in the "tagline" field. But this is of course a hassle and a manual task I would prefer not having to do.
