Private Note for Feedback + Review/Testimonial like Airbnb

I am looking for a way to get feedback from customers as well as a public review. This helps us make the changes we need, but allows the user to still leave a solid testimonial/review without giving a bad rating. Airbnb does this very well. I wonder if there is a way to allow this before or after the review page. For now I'm having to setup a different form that then forwards to the senja form - not ideal.
