Remove white bar in wall of love page

The top of the wall of love has a white bar that is intended to be filled in by header links. The header links themselves look unpolished, and don't really have a job when the point of a landing page like this is to focus on the CTA. Allow us to remove the bar!

(My current workaround is to add custom code to the page to hide the div in question, but it still flashes because of timing considerations)
