Rename and Delete Collections

We need a wall and the sampling per course and homepage. Right now there is no way to sample collection data so our workaround is to create two collections eg. "homepage-sample" and "homepage-wall" or "clf-c01-sample" and "clf-c01-wall" We need the ability to rename our collections. A delete feature could work, but then there is the recategorization of of existing testimonials so thats alot of manual labour
