Rename the page title on the hosted video page

Instead of it saying "Testimonial from [Name]" in the browser window/tab — it’d be helpful to simply say something like "Video from [Name]" because I'm not calling every video my customers record for us "testimonials" per se, some are lower pressure “progress updates” so I don't want them to get confused about the purpose. Thanks.
