Separate Thank You Page for Video vs. Written Testimonials

Video and Written testimonials can have different workflows/outcomes. It would be great to fully separate those workflows vs. having all users default back to a single Thank You page. For example, I would want Video testimonials to have a different redirect page than Written testimonials.
