You can shorten long testimonials from your widget editing modal by enabling Shorten long testimonials and choose the number of max. lines.
We don’t want to limit the testimonial text or video length to accommodate customers that want to say a lot of good things about your product/business.
Another workaround is to edit the testimonials on your end.
