Show only customer photos doesnt include Gravatar photos

To repro:

1. Go to studio, create a new widget
2. Select testimonials
3. Enable "Only include testimonials with custoer photos"

Expected result:
Testimonials with customer photos using gravatar are shown

Actual result:
Gravatar testimonials are not shown
