Skipping video testimonial feature

I want to be able to allow customers to leave a text review OR a video testimonial and SKIP option but it won't allow people to proceed and skip the video function. this is losing people and not willing to continue as it doesn't allow them to skip. There is no function to skip and continue??? this is very frustrating and not ideal. If this can't be modified, will move to another program that can support this feature
