@Guilherme
I have an update on this:
Classic Form no longer exists and everything is migrated to Form 2.0 format, simply as Forms
All text elements of Spin the Wheel are editable from the Form’s editing modal
In Reward tab: the wheel prizes and reward description
In Form tab: the Spin the Wheel page copy
I’m closing this ticket.
If you need more help, feel free to drop an email to support@senja.io.

Hey @Guilherme
You can change the Spin the Wheel details/labels in your form editing modal.
Classic form
If you’re translating the whole form, it’s reflected also in Customize labels > Spin the Wheel section
You can also make manual changes from the Customize labels section
Follow the guide: How do I set Spin the Wheel reward in Classic Form?
Form 2.0
No option to automatically translate the whole form
You can modify the labels to your language of choice in the Reward tab and Form tab (slide Spin the Wheel)
Follow the guide: How do I set up Spin the Wheel rewards?
Let me know if it fits your needs.
Cheers,
