Star rating review

Some of the clients only click the number of stars review but didn’t proceed to complete the testimonial. Is there a way for us to capture these star rating only review? Would be cool to have a feature letting us know who left after just putting the star rating instead of completing the whole survey.

    Hey May,

    The customer has to go through the whole form, incomplete testimonials will not come to your dashboard.

    For rating-only reviews, it’s not possible.

    At least you’ll have 1 extra question (text/video testimonial) using Classic Form or Forms 2.0.
