Support for Additional Custom Fields in Forms 2.0

In the classic Senja forms, we were able to include Additional Fields to collect more tailored information from users (e.g., key information, custom questions, etc). This functionality is currently missing in Forms 2.0, which limits flexibility for teams that need structured data beyond the default fields.

Request:

Please add support for Additional Fields in Forms 2.0, ideally with the same field types (text, dropdown, checkbox, etc.), required/optional settings, and the ability to map responses to testimonial records or tags. This would restore a key feature from the classic form and make Forms 2.0 more adaptable to diverse use cases.
