Support hidden fields

That would be helpful to add a userId and language as a hidden field - that would be used later for the API/Zapier to link a specific user to a testimonial

    It's strange because the title says "Support Hidden Fields," and the request is marked as completed, but I have no idea how to add hidden fields to the form.
