Scroll down until you find Custom Field Placeholder and edit it.
Unfortunately, if you have more than 1 additional field, the customized label will impact all additional fields (no option to have different labels for each additional field).

The default "Enter details here" feels out of place with the rest of the fields. Would love to be able to customize it to match the flow of the rest of the form.
