Testimonial Toast Widget Enable Random Testimonails on Load

Im using the toast widget on the website and it looks good.

But two things missing :

1. Randomize the testimonials - because now whenever the page load, it always shows the same testimonials in same order. We want it to show randomly.

2. For mobile, it should actually load up smaller size. So may be add one option show MOBILE YES NO is ok. One more option for SIZE SMALL LARGE MEDIUM
