Feature RequestManagement

I want to be able to make my video testimonials accessabile in multiple languages as well and I found that translated captions are great for that. So an upload feature for srt files would be great

    Hi @Sam & Manu,

Thanks for your feedback, moving to Discussion and hope to see more upvotes here.

Uploading custom SRT caption files for video testimonials isn't supported in Senja right now.

For multilingual accessibility, Senja does offer translation features:

    • You can translate testimonials (including transcripts) into 20+ languages using the built-in translation feature, see here.

    • You can enable auto-translation for viewers on widgets, so testimonials display in each visitor's browser language, find out more here.

    • Both features require a Pro plan
