We use the CRM system Use Trackable that works with Lead Connector, it would be great to be able to pull the testimonials into the CRM with integration against clients in our CRM systems.
Good news: we've just shipped API endpoints that should get you a long way towards what you're after.
You can use GET /testimonials to pull your testimonials programmatically, with filters for tags, type, rating, and integration. There's also full-text search across testimonial content, customer name, and email — handy for matching against client records in your CRM.
We also added PATCH /testimonials/[id] to approve/unapprove and tag testimonials, and DELETE /testimonials/[id] if you need to clean things up via automation.
A native UseTrackable/Lead Connector integration isn't something we have planned right now, but the API gives you the building blocks to connect things yourself (or via a tool like Zapier/Make if you'd rather avoid custom code).
