Hi, I just exported a video testimonial using the Studio function. However, the exported file doesn’t show the user name and picture and the previews do.
Hope you got the solution by now, if not check below:
The preview does show those elements by default, but for the actual export you need to toggle them on manually. In Studio, open your video testimonial → Customize panel → Overlay section → enable Show name and Show avatar, then export again.
