Warn of Sending Email Invites to Existing Reviewers

We are currently working on a "review drive" where we are sending out invites to our existing list of customers from a spreadsheet. However, we do not want to bother the customers who have already submitted a review on Senja, and possibly also a first name check against the reviewers, for reviews that are submitted on other platforms that did not share the email address. Therefore, I am proposing an optional option to warn or a secondary screening of invites that haven't been sent out just yet, to manually review if they wish to send customers a new one.
