Whole review should be clickable to the proof

The proof of a review, like the original tweet or the original trustpilot review, should be linked to the whole review area, and not just to the tiny logo subset in the avatar of the user. No one is clicking the tiny tiny bird icon to visit twitter to read the original. Social Proof, needs to be provable, else the reviews could all be fake and this is the whole point of collecting up to date reviews - to be social proof!
