Widget Filter Conditions

When selecting the Testimonial filters for a widget for Tags if I select more than one tag I can see it shows testimonials for any tags included (condition is working off 'or').
I'd love to see the option to change the condition to 'and' when needed.
e.g. only testimonials that have Tag1 AND Tag2 applied would show in the widget.
