The form name is visible inside Senja when you open the testimonial, but it's not included in the notification email yet.
Opening this for discussion and will be waiting for more upvotes on this new feature.

Not sure if this is related to a feature request I have, but I’d love to get an automatic email when someone leaves me a new review. Either I don’t get one sometimes, or it’s delayed.

Just came here to post this…. would be awesome to know now that we have unlimited forms 🙂
