Zapier Integration Not Using Custom Branded Templates

we're experiencing with our Zapier integration for automatically importing testimonials.

The Issue: We've set up a Zap that successfully pulls testimonials into our Slack channel, but the generated images aren't using our pre-configured branded templates from within Senja. Instead, they're defaulting to what appears to be a generic purple template (example attached).

What We've Already Done:

  • Successfully configured the Zapier automation

  • Set up custom branded templates in our Senja account

  • Confirmed the Zap is triggering and sending testimonials to Slack

What We Need: The automated testimonials to use our existing branded templates/graphics that we've already created in Senja, rather than the default styling.

Additional Context: This integration worked previously, and we have the branding preferences already configured in our Senja account settings. It seems like the Zapier integration might not be pulling the correct template or there's a setting we need to adjust to specify which branded template to use.
