Default avatars
It would be great to have the option to default the avatar image to an initial rather than the greyed out profile, similar to Google or even this Senja account! I've manually assigned initials to reviews to avoid having to hide the avatar, or having the default avatars crowd banners making it look visually unengaging. It would be great if this could be done automatically!

PinnedGreat news, you can now toggle customer photos on and off.
You can also supply an image style for testimonials without a customer photo.

@Olly Meakings Yes!! Can you please make it an option to ONLY show customer photo's when available, and NOTHING when not available? Because I have so many reviews with only a few coming from google with photo, I would have hundreds of reviews showing just a circle with two letters which makes the wall very busy!

More generally an avatar is not necessary. I would like an option to hide it completely if the Google or Gravatar one is uggly.

At least add two different classes to the image so that we can remove empty avatars with CSS.

Maybe I explained it wrong. 😉 It´s kind of the same request as "Roel van Still Tinnitus!" asked in another thread. But instead of hiding the image with no "personal image" I can change the "grey avatarimage"... both alternatives chould be perfect! 😉
