Avatar drawing generator
My customers' photos are either non-existent or very bad. If I disable customer avatars, I can't access certain widgets and that dehumanises the others.
It would be great to have an avatar generator.
This generator, for example, is excellent and open source. AI is not even necessary.
This is not to the detriment of customers, as these are illustrations and are therefore here simply for the visual experience.

Once again @Rani, they are more requests than you say, but since you don't merge requests that target the same issue, you remain blind to the need to fix certain issues.
These requests all target the same problem: avatar management is disastrous. Why do you refuse to see that this is a real problem? We need to find a solution that addresses all these complaints :

This is requested by @Olly Meakings himself. I just don't think asking customers to change their avatar is the right solution. Customers already dislike being bothered with requests for testimonials, so if they also have to find a photo of themselves, upload it, etc., we'll never be done. We need to allow something acceptable to be produced to replace the missing photo, so we can move forward without having to ask customers who have already made an effort to do so again. Furthermore, many customers are willing to provide a testimonial but not to leave a photo of themselves. That's why I suggested integrating an open-source avatar library such as OpenPeeps.

We have hundreds of tickets and I’ll get through them one at a time.
Thanks for helping me with this list.
All similar tickets are (or will be) merged, so no worries.
BTW you can add your own custom Avatar for a fallback, but for now, you cannot create the avatar in-app, nor uploading multiple fallback avatars and randomize it over multiple customers.

AI Generated Photos for Avatars?
The problem I have is that only about 10% of my reviewers add their photos to their testimonials. So it doesn’t look that nice, and I think make the reviews look less legit.
2 suggestions that could potentially make it better:
Improve the placeholder so it looks more like a person
Add the option to create an AI generated photo!

PinnedWe now have a few more options for how to show (or not) customer avatars. You can also upload your own default image.
However AI avatar or testimonial generation is not something we want to focus on right now.
It sounds good but we're REALLY focused on making your testimonials work.
This means testimonials that are as authentic and useful as possible. As a result we're avoiding generating anything on behalf of customers in case this undermines their authority.

Well I hear you but this problem is still a big pain.
