Re-order steps in video testimonial form

Hi Senja Team, We’re using your video review form for collecting client testimonials. Right now, the step for recording video reviews is not the last step in the form, which is causing some clients to drop off before leaving a video. We need the video review step to be the final step in the flow — so people fill out the rest first and then record the video at the end. Is there a way to reorder the steps in a Senja video form to make this happen? If not, can you do it for us or suggest a workaround? Thanks for your help — looking forward to your fix so we can get more videos rolling in!

    Can’t re-order the text or video testimonial sections

    I created a new form not the 2.0 form as found it really frustrating as cannot skip the video testimonial section. Not everyone one wants to post a video, some just want to post a text testimonial and it won’t let you skip this and continue to post and submit testimonial.

    In the original form, I want to change around the order of the text review first and then move forward to video testimonial option, it needs to have an AND or IF function. So for example, 1) write a text review 2) next- leave a video review 3) if they don’t want to leave a video review, then move forward to consent and submit 4) if they do choose to leave a video testimonial, they get an extra bonus reward. 5) then they can leave a text AND video review so they can earn more rewards for leaving both a text and video testimonial, not just one or the other.

    Please fix this feature as it cause friction to customers dropping off as they need to have choice and minimal roadblocks to capture as many reviews as possible.

    Ability to put the star rating question after the review question.

    I have noticed that a lot of people have visited my review form and will have likely given a star rating, hit submit and then gone to the next page which asks them to leave a review. But most haven’t done that. I guess many will be thinking “well, I left a 5 star rating, I don’t need to leave a video or text review”.

    So they think they’ve helped me out but I haven’t actually got anything from it.

    Therefore, I think it would be helpful to have the ability to put the star rating page after the video/text review page, or to change the button from ‘Submit’ to ‘Next’ and then make it clear that their star rating (plus any video/text review) is not actually submitted until they complete their details and hit the final submit button.

    For now, the order is:

    • Rating (can be hidden)

    • Testimonial questions (you can start with text only, then video on the next/last question round)

    • Consent (can be hidden)

    • Contact info

    • Closing

    If you want the video testimonial request to be in the very end (after contact info), it’s not possible.

    Anyway, if we are having more upvotes, we can consider to ship it.
