Addictive video upsells or I riot

I can’t help but think there really should be a way to offer a different reward for video testimonials. Should be able to “upsell” another incentive if they add a video testimonial.

Right now you either give the reward or not. But you should be able to give a base reward for all testimonials, and show a “want the premium incentive? add a video” for videos.

Thoughts? Seems like it should already exist given the overall really good UX, not sure why it doesn’t.

    Different Reward Tiers

Can you make it such that I can provide one type of reward for a written testimonial, and a second upgraded type of reward for a video testimonial?

Currently, if I’m providing rewards for video testimonials, then I can’t provide a reward for a written testimonial.

Or if I’m providing a reward for a written testimonial, then the same reward is given for video testimonials.

I want to give rewards to anyone who gives a testimonial, but I want different rewards for video versus written testimonials.

Totally agreed. Had exact same thought as Liam. I’ll take written, but I really want videos. If it’s one reward for all, people take the easy route (written).

@Liam it is possible to offer a reward only for video. But I believe you’re talking about one reward for text and a different one for video?

Exactly. Think of it like an upsell flow.

The low effort text one gets them in the door, then you hit them with “you’re already getting x, want to leave a video and get y?”

The incentive really needs to be separate.
