Auto-approve reviews that are 4 stars and higher

Currently there’s only one feature, whether to auto-approve all testimonials or none. It’d be great to have testimonials that are specific star level or higher (i.e. min. 4/5 star rating) senja detects that review is positive and meets the rating requirement and auto-publishes it.

This saves the user from visiting Senja to approve testimonials manually.
