Set default approval status of autosynced reviews

We'd like to be able to control whether or not autosynced reviews from connected business imports are approved by default when they get to senja.

For our specific use-case a global setting would work, but I could also see some value in having these auto-approval settings be company-specific. (e.g. g2 reviews auto-approve, but google do not)

We're currently working without this feature by tagging each testimonial that our team reviews and approves with "live" so that it is eligible to appear on our live site, and largely ignoring the senja approval feature.
