Auto-approve reviews that are 4 stars and higher

Currently there’s only one feature, whether to auto-approve all testimonials or none. It’d be great to have testimonials that are specific star level or higher (i.e. min. 4/5 star rating) senja detects that review is positive and meets the rating requirement and auto-publishes it.

This saves the user from visiting Senja to approve testimonials manually.

    Set default approval status of autosynced reviews

    We'd like to be able to control whether or not autosynced reviews from connected business imports are approved by default when they get to senja.

    For our specific use-case a global setting would work, but I could also see some value in having these auto-approval settings be company-specific. (e.g. g2 reviews auto-approve, but google do not)

    We're currently working without this feature by tagging each testimonial that our team reviews and approves with "live" so that it is eligible to appear on our live site, and largely ignoring the senja approval feature.

      Hi @Spencer Dixon,

      Thanks for your feedback, this is actually already possible in Senja, and it works on a per-platform basis which is exactly what you need!

      Here's how to set it up:

      1. Go to Import > Auto-import: app.senja.io/import/auto

      2. Click the 3-dots next to your connected platform (Google, G2, etc.)

      3. Click Settings

      4. Set the Minimum rating for auto-approval per platform

      So you can set G2 to auto-approve 4+ stars while keeping Google on manual review — no more "live" tag workaround needed!

    Auto-approve by rating is possible to do in Forms and Auto-import.

    Would also love to see this - was in the middle of writing Feedback to request this.

    Currently, Senja auto-imports any new reviews we get from TrustPilot, etc.

    Would be nice to have these get auto-approved conditionally, like:
    - Has X+ stars
    - Has avatar set
    - Came from X, Y, Z (TrustPilot, Google Reviews, etc)
    - Is video testomonial

    Hey Olly! I’m not the OP here, but from my end it’s senja forms. It’s easy enough to click them manually but would be amazing to have options to auto approve where we could set the star rating to approve from (3, 4, or 5).

      I'm only using Senja form to collect testimonials. Whenever user leaves a review/testimonial it shows for me to approve.

      Request is to have a feature that detects the stars of reviews (if higher than 4 stars) then it automatically publishes the review without me requiring to visit senja every few weeks to manually approve reviews one by one.

        @Dhruv Open your form, go to Setting and put the toggle on next to Approve testimonials.

        • 1-3 stars will go to Feedback

        • 4-5 stars will go to Proof page, auto-approved
