What I was looking for was to have the intercom logo at the upper-right corner of the testimonial without having to enter a URL as I don't have a public URL since it was a private chat conversation.
Is there a way to do this with the Chrome extension or otherwise?

Love this! Ideally, our chrome extension would be able to turn Intercom messages into testimonials easily.
